This is a coat I made just using the sleeve from some old pattern and just cutting a front and back. Added a button tab on both sides of the front and detachable sleeves. This looks like wide wale corduroy, but came from the Upholstery Truck Load Sale table. Great place for experimenting. The collar is snap on from the underside so that I can detach and be cozy in it around the house... then to go out put on the collar and the cuffs are elastisized so I can just slip them on comfortably. I decided to make a matching purse from leftovers. This coat started as a simple reversible berber-sherpa Jacket, from GSTREETFABRICS Faux Fur collection This was a reversible berber we had in the Faux Fur section I loved the feather fur, so I added it on top...so lovely and fluffy like bird feathers.
